All volunteered for free in exchange for a class in the master animation’s craft. Some of the volunteers are professionals who spend weeks working on special effects for Marvel and Lucasfilm and help Tippet on weekends, others are students from various art schools in San Francisco. The project was a true labor of love and was completed during a pandemic.
